（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北1日電）前總統陳水扁夫婦涉元大併復華貪汙案判刑定讞，瑞士日前將凍結的本案不法所得返還台灣，台北地檢署將這筆錢用來執行扁珍元大案犯罪所得2億元的沒收，以及執行扁的併科罰金。

二次金改案其中元大併復華貪污部分，最高法院於民國101年12月間判決確定，陳水扁被判10年徒刑，併科罰金新台幣1億元，吳淑珍有期徒刑8年，併科罰金新8000萬元，並宣告不法所得2億元予以沒收。

由於陳水扁將二次金改及相關洗錢案的不法所得匯到瑞士的銀行帳戶，特偵組翻譯定讞判決後，向瑞士提出司法互助請求，請求將資產變現並匯回特偵組指定專戶。

瑞士聯邦檢察署在去年4月命令將扁家帳戶內的674萬6840元美元資產（約新台幣2億2135萬餘元），匯回特偵組指定專戶。

特偵組將錢撥交台北地檢署執行，北檢除了已執行扁珍元大案犯罪所得2億元的沒收外，餘額2135萬餘元則用來執行扁併科罰金1億元部分。1041001
